Products delivery
The delivery of the products takes place within 2 to 3 working days from the day of payment of the order. For remote areas the delivery time will be 3 to 5 working days.
www.insiemejewellery.gr does not acknowledge the existence of any liability in case of delay in deliveries due to extreme weather events, strikes, lock down and in any case of force majeure that may affect delivery times.
After your order is shipped, you will be given the shipping number. You can see where your parcel is by clicking here and filling in the number. You will find the sending number in the email that informs you about the successful sending of your order, as well as in our e-shop, in your account, by clicking on your order, if you have entered – registration first.
Shipping charges
A. Orders from Greece
For purchases over €50.00, INSIEME Jewelery offers you the shipping costs. For smaller purchases, the shipping fee is €5.00.
B. Orders from countries within the European Union
For purchases worth more than €500.00, INSIEME Jewelery offers you the shipping costs. For smaller purchases, the shipping fee is €20.00.
C. Orders from countries outside the European Union
For purchases worth more than €500.00, INSIEME Jewelery offers you the shipping costs. For smaller purchases, the shipping fee is €35.00.
TAXES
The final price includes taxes, however our store is not responsible for any customs charges or duties that may be imposed by the respective country outside the EU.
The fee is calculated differently for each country, according to the taxes applied in its customs.
Payment methods
1. By Credit / Debit Card
If you have a credit or debit card (independent bank), you can use it safely through our online order form.
Transactions are carried out safely between the Buyer and the cardholder with Piraeus Bank, which handles the transaction on behalf of www.insiemejewellery.gr.
www.insiemejewellery.gr has taken all the necessary measures for the security of your transactions.
In case the buyer who makes the transaction is not the same person as the owner of the card www.insiemejewellery.gr does not bear any responsibility and has no obligation to return money.
2. By COD
Choosing to pay your order to the Courier upon delivery there is no extra charge.
COD is valid only for deliveries within Greece.
3. By Bank Deposit
With this payment method, you have the opportunity to deposit the amount of your order in a bank account.
In the Bank’s Deposit Form you will write the Name and the order number.
To confirm the deposit, send us by e-mail at [email protected]. the receipt of the deposit so that we can proceed with the sending of your order.
The costs of bank deposits are borne exclusively by the customer.
